This policy explains how we collect, use and store personal information, including information we receive from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Lead Ads. We process personal information in line with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

For POPIA, Rentabuka is the responsible party for personal information we collect for our own business. If we process information on behalf of a client inside one of their systems, that client is usually the responsible party and we act as their operator.
2. Information we collect
We may collect:
- Name, email address, phone number and business name
- Messages you send via our website, WhatsApp or email
- Information you submit in a Facebook or Instagram lead form (for example a free automation audit)
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited when you use our website
When you submit a Meta lead form for Rentabuka, Meta shares the answers from that form with us.
3. How we use it
We use this information to:
- Respond to enquiries and book discovery calls
- Provide, support and improve our services
- Follow up on Facebook and Instagram lead ads
- Send service-related messages (email or WhatsApp) that you requested
- Comply with South African law, including POPIA
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Meta / Facebook Lead Ads
If you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram:
- Meta sends your form answers to our systems, including our CRM
- We use that data only to contact you about the offer you requested
- We may store it in our CRM so our team can follow up
You can also manage ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account.
5. Sharing
We may share information with:
- Service providers who host our website, CRM, email or WhatsApp tools (for example hosting, database and messaging providers)
- Meta, only as needed to operate ads and lead forms
We do not share lead data with unrelated third parties for their marketing.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and lead information for as long as needed to handle your request and run our business, or as required by law. You may ask us to delete it.
7. Your rights
You may ask us to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct it
- Delete it
- Object to or limit certain uses
